Short version: we collect what you put on a call sheet so we can answer it and scope the work. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to data brokers, ad networks or lead sellers.

What we collect
What you send us
When you post a crew call or write to us, we collect what you give us:
- Who you are: name and company.
- How to reach you: email and, if you give it, phone.
- The job: the kind of work, counties and state, crew size, start date, expected length, whether you have an RFP to send, and your notes.
The crew math runs in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us unless you carry it onto the call sheet and post the call.
Server logs
When your browser loads the site, standard server logs record your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, the response code and the time. We keep them for site reliability, performance monitoring and security.
How we use it
- To read and answer your call, and to scope and staff the work.
- To call you about this crew call, if you gave a phone number.
- To write to you about the work, a quote or scheduling.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
- To meet our obligations under state and federal law.
We do not sell personal information
We have never sold, rented or traded personal records to data brokers, ad networks or lead distributors, and we will not.
Who else handles it
- Google Cloud Platform and Firebase host the site and store what you send through the call sheet, in the United States.
- Google Workspace and Gmail deliver call notices to our inboxes.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data, and give you a copy.
- Correct personal data that is wrong.
- Delete the personal information you gave us.
- Stop processing your information.
Email hello@landman.agency with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We confirm the request is yours and answer it at no charge.
How long we keep it, and how
The site is served over HTTPS, and Google encrypts stored data at rest. We keep a call while we are working with you, and delete it when you ask unless a signed work order or the law requires us to keep the record.
